The FAQ is disconnected from intent
Users have to search a separate help area even though they have already described the problem in the contact form.
FAQ Contact Deflection
WebXtend can match a draft contact request to prepared FAQ content and show the relevant answer inside the existing form. The original contact path remains available when the suggestion does not solve the issue.
Support teams repeatedly answer questions that are already documented in FAQs or self-service content. A generic FAQ link forces users to leave the form and search again; contextual assistance can bring the relevant answer to them instead.
Users have to search a separate help area even though they have already described the problem in the contact form.
Agents spend time answering questions for which an approved answer already exists.
Aggressive bots or chat layers can block contact instead of helping. WebXtend keeps the original submission path available.
The current solution uses deterministic matching rules and prepared FAQ content. It does not need generative AI to select a suggestion.
Use answers that already exist on the website or in the configured content source.
Subject and message can be evaluated in the browser before the form is submitted.
Keywords, context terms, exclusions, priorities and optional typo tolerance select relevant FAQ topics.
Show the answer in context while keeping the normal contact action available.
The user sees approved FAQ content rather than a newly generated support answer.
Raw draft text can remain in the browser for matching instead of being sent to a classification service.
Monitoring can focus on whether a suggestion was shown and whether the contact was still submitted.
It works best when a meaningful share of incoming requests is repetitive, documented and genuinely solvable through existing self-service content.
Boundaries
FAQ assistance is advisory. Complex, sensitive or unresolved requests still need the original contact option. The solution is intended to remove avoidable repetition, not to prevent legitimate support requests.
No. The existing form stays in place. WebXtend adds the contextual FAQ suggestion to that interaction.

No. The current architecture can evaluate the not-yet-submitted draft locally in the browser for matching.
Yes. The original contact path remains available when the suggestion does not resolve the request.
Try it live
The public demo uses an ordinary contact form, the production WebXtend Runtime and the FAQ content shown on the demo page. The simulated submit does not create a support request.
If you already have reliable FAQ or self-service content, we can check whether contextual assistance fits your existing contact process.
