Privacy policy
We take the protection of personal data seriously. This privacy policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit the public WebXtend website or contact us.

Email: contact@webxtend.com
2. Public website and server logs
When webxtend.com is accessed, technically necessary access data is processed. This may include the IP address, date and time, requested URL, HTTP status, transferred data volume and technical browser information.
The purpose is to provide the website securely and reliably, analyse errors and prevent abuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website.
Log data is retained only for as long as it is required for operation, troubleshooting and security. It may be kept for longer where this is necessary to investigate a specific security incident or to comply with a legal obligation.
3. Hosting
The website is operated on infrastructure provided by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS processes technical data as a service provider for the operator in connection with hosting.
4. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide, in particular your email address, message content and metadata required for communication. The data is used to handle your enquiry.
If your enquiry relates to entering into a contract or consulting engagement, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other enquiries are processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is responding to product and contact enquiries.
The address contact@webxtend.com is currently configured as a technical forwarding address using NameBright / TurnCommerce, Inc. in the United States. Data may therefore be processed in the United States as part of email delivery. NameBright states that a forwarding address has no separate inbox and does not store message content as a mailbox. After forwarding, the message is processed by the email provider used by the operator.
Contact enquiries are deleted once they are no longer required to handle the enquiry and reasonable follow-up questions, unless statutory retention duties or legitimate reasons require longer retention.
5. No cookies, trackers or external content
The public WebXtend website currently sets no cookies, uses neither Local Storage nor Session Storage, and does not embed analytics, advertising or tracking services. No external web fonts, social-media plugins or third-party CDNs are loaded by the website.
6. Recipients
Personal data is shared with service providers only where required for hosting, technical email delivery or handling an enquiry. Data is not disclosed for advertising, profiling or address-trading purposes. Further disclosure takes place only where required by law.
7. Your rights
Subject to the requirements of the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, consent can be withdrawn for the future.
To exercise your rights, email contact@webxtend.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
8. Data security
The website is provided exclusively via HTTPS. Technical and organisational measures are used to protect data against unauthorised access, loss and manipulation.
9. Changes to this privacy policy
This privacy policy will be updated if the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
